To maximize the satisfaction of our customers, we offer free changes for the same garment or an equivalent one, for products with manufacturing defects or evident quality deficiencies in their materials, as long as they are used solely and exclusively for the purpose for which they were made.
To apply to the guarantee process, you must fill out the PQR form, and use the telephone numbers or contact emails, explaining the situation and attaching photos of the defective garment(s).
The guarantee process must be carried out no later than 30 days after the delivery of the product.
Additionally, and as an added value for our clients, we have the following benefits at your disposal:
Free repair of garments that suffer damage due to use or wear, within 6 months after the date of purchase, once the warranty has expired (maximum 2 free repairs per garment).
15% discount on any product, if you give us your old uniform. We will deliver it to a cyclist who needs it, and who loves this sport as much as you do (the uniform must be in perfect conditions of use).
40% discount to buy a new garment, when a guarantee request does not apply during the 60 days after the purchase date.
We do not refund money.
To make your warranty request, it is important to clarify that the warranty process takes a minimum of 8 business days, to review each case in detail and give the best possible response.
The shipping costs to make the request are borne by the client.
